TextCase is an applicable superstructure of the MicroStation system that enables to change the type size (upper or lower case) in the MicroStation.
TextCase is marked by following properties:
This application enables to change upper or lower case of one, selected elements, elements defined by a fence or in the framework of the active design.
It is possible to change upper or lower case of texts, text nodes, cells and dimensions.
After the first start of the application there will be made the file textcase.rsc in the directory structure (the variable MS_DATA) of the MicroStation, in which all recently set values will be saved – it means after the next start of the application TextCase will the values stay the same as they were with the previous start.

TextCase is available for MicroStation V8i, PowerDraft V8i and Bentley Map PowerView V8i on the Windows XP/Vista/7/8 platform.
