ReCell is an applicable superstructure of the MicroStation system that is determined to exchange cells in designs with cells placed in the cell library.
ReCell is marked by following properties:
After the exchange the cells still have their original attributes (cells turns, scale, database linkage, tags attachment, graphic group, element class etc.).
The original data model is left with the point cell and the relative placement is respected about the graphic cell.
After the first start of the application there will be made the file recell.rsc in the directory structure (the variable MS_DATA) of the MicroStation, in which all recently set values will be saved – it means after the next start of the application ReCell will the values stay the same as they were with the previous start.

ReCell is available for MicroStation V8i, PowerDraft V8i and Bentley Map PowerView V8i on the Windows XP/Vista/7/8 platform.
