ImLite is an applicable superstructure of the MicroStation system which is intended to get the coordinates of the measured points from the text file and to place them into the MicroStation design file.
ImLite is marked by following properties:
b) number, y, x, z
separate items can be detached by a comma, semi-colon or a space
The measured coordinates can be presented by a point (line of a zero length) or by a cell (point cell or graphic cell with the possibility to change the attributes while pasting) in the MicroStation design file.
It is possible to assign texts with the information about the number and the height of the point (z- coordinate) to the gotten coordinate.
You can constrain the gotten coordinate (cell, point), the number of the point (text), and the height to a graphic group – making association (copying, moving, deleting etc.)
After the first start of the application there will be made the file imlite.rsc in the directory structure (the variable MS_DATA) of the MicroStation, in which all recently set values will be saved – it means after the next start of the application ImLite will the values stay the same as they were with the previous start.
Dialog boxes of the application in which are set the parameters for getting coordinates and attributes.
Help of the ImLite application is available directly from MDL application ImLite on the internet.
ImLite is available for MicroStation V8i, PowerDraft V8i and Bentley Map PowerView V8i on the Windows XP/Vista/7/8 platform.
