DtLink  is an applicable superstructure of the MicroStation system, which enables the user to detach database linkages.

     DtLink is marked by following properties:

• All the most important tools of the application are placed in the main dialog box.

• It enables to detach linkages from lines, line strings, curves, cells, shared cells, ellipses, texts, text nodes, complex strings and complex shapes.

• The application enables to detach linkages of one, more or all selected elements in the active design file.

• After the first start of the application there will be made the file dtlink.rsc in the directory structure (the variable MS_DATA) of the MicroStation, in which all recently set values will be saved – it means after the next start of the application DtLink will the values stay the same as they were with the previous start.
