CheckP enables to compare vertex points of the elements (lines, line strings, cells etc.) with the geodetic coordinates (lines of zero length, known attributes) that are placed together with other design elements - reference file.
CheckP se is marked by following properties:
Before running it is necessary to set the attributes of the geodetic points which will be compared with the graphic elements, and to set the attributes with which the vertex points will be graphically displayed, the vertex points without found geodetic coordinates.
It is possible to suppress checking of the geodetic coordinates at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the arcs or ellipses. Geodetic coordinates can be in the main or in some of the referential designs in the MicroStation.
After the first start of the application there will be made the file checkp.rsc in the directory structure (the variable MS_DATA) of the MicroStation, in which all recently set values will be saved – it means after the next start of the application CheckP will the values stay the same as they were with the previous start.
Help of the CheckP application is available directly from MDL application CheckP on the internet.
CheckP is available for MicroStation V8i, PowerDraft V8i and Bentley Map PowerView V8i on the Windows XP/vista/7/8 platform.
